IMPORTANT:
Do not touch the terminals of the riser cards and PCI boards with your bare hand. Fingerprints
and dust left on them may cause the server to malfunction.
If the PCI board is not installed correctly, remove it, and then install it again. Be careful not
to apply excess force to a PCI board or riser card. Doing so may damage the card.
NOTES:
Confirm that the end of the PCI board bracket is inserted in the frame slot of the riser card.
Some PCI boards have terminal section that extends over the mating connector.
7. Secure the PCI board with the screw removed at step 5.
IMPORTANT: This step is to protect the terminals of the riser card from dust or fingerprints.
Dust and fingerprints left on them may cause the server to malfunction.
