Setup Procedure
c. Click the Configure PAM Software via the PAM Web Site button to open a Support
Administrator PAM session to complete Customer Information, Autocalls and Central
Subsystem configuration.

d. Click the Configure SAN Software Identities button to change the default [e-mail]
password and the ISM user name and password.

Important:
You MUST enter the new [e-mail] and iSM user names and/or passwords previously set
by the Customer. See:
• Changing the iStorage Manager User Name and Password, on page 2-22
• Changing the [e-mail] Password, on page 2-23
