0x8F94 Reset Path: Wait for all processors (hopefully)
0x8F93 Path: Set Recovery and Rest bit in all SNC SPAD registers
0x8F92 Check if all SNCs are Bx steppings or higher

0x8F90 BSP will reset By use of MMCFG interface
