The PL220T provides:
•
Two slots for 1-way CPU boards.
The PL220T supports the following CPU boards:
1-way POWER3-II@375MHz - 4 MB L2 cache 64-bit CPU boards
1-way POWER3-II@450MHz - 8 MB L2 cache 64-bit CPU boards.
The Escala PL220T Processor Boot-Time Deconfiguration function enables the system to
deallocate a processor from the system at boot time.
•
One 128-bit wide system bus operating at 93.75 MHz with the 375 MHz CPU board (1:4 ratio),
and at 90 MHz with the 450 MHz CPU board (1:5 ratio).
•
From 512 MB to 8 GB of memory provided by a 16-slot memory board. The memory board can be
populated by 512 MB (2x256MB) or 1 GB (2x512MB) memory modules (installed in pairs).
•
Six disk bays for hot-swap SCSI disks.
•
One bay for a media or a non hot-plug disk drive.
•
One bay for a CD-ROM or a DVD-RAM drive.
•
One bay for a non hot-plug disk drive.
•
One floppy disk drive.
•
Five PCI slots:
Two 64-bit@50MHz/3.3V
One 64-bit@33MHz/5V
Two 32-bit@33MHz/3.3V.
