Elektron Technology UK Ltd, all Arcolectric, Bulgin and Sifam products, as a manufacturer of
articles
Conforms to the European Parliament & Council directives, 2002/95/EC Restriction of
Hazardous Materials (RoHS) and 20021961E; C Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
(WEEE).
Conformance is based on declarations received from our suppliers that the products and raw
materials they supply comply with the European Parliament & Council Directives, 2002195/EC
Restriction of Hazardous Materials (RoHS) (including lead and cadmium requirements) and
20021961F, C Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). However, we do not
routinely analyse their products for the above substances nor do we require our raw materials
suppliers to do so.
Packaging
We are confident, if present at all, the levels of Cadmium (Cd), Hexavalent
Chromium (Crvr), Lead (Pb) and Mercury (Hg) are below the 1994 CONEG Guideline of
100ppm, the limits of the European Directive 94l62lEC (Packaging Waste Directive) 1000ppm.
