Warrantyof thecompany productsexecutes in accordancewith"the quality assurance" in
instructions.
1.Warrantyperiodis12monthsfromthedateofpurchasingtheproduct
2.Evenwithin12months,maintenancewillalsobechargedinthefollowingsituations:
2.1. Incorrect operation (according to the manual) or the problems
are caused by
unauthorizedrepairortransformation.
2.2. The problems are caused by exceeding the requirements of standards
specificationstousethedrive.
2.3Afterpurchase,lossiscausedbyfallingdamageorimpropertransportation.
2.4Thedevices'agingorfailureiscausedbybadenvironment(corrosivegasorliquid).
2.5 Earthquake, fire wind disaster, lightning, abnormal voltage or other accompanied
naturaldisasterscausethedamage.
2.6Damageiscausedduringtransport(note:themodeoftransportationisdetermined
bycustomers,thecompanyhelpstohandlethetransferringproceduresofgoods).
2.7Unauthorizedtearinguptheproductidentification(e.g.:Nameplate,etc.);
theserial
numberdoesnotmatchthewarrantycard.
2.8Failingtopaythemoneyaccordingpurchaseagreement.
2.9Cannotobjectiveactuallydescribetheinstallation,wiring,operation,maintenance
orotherusingsituationtothecompany'sserviceunits.
