Torque boost is mainly used in below the cut‐off frequency (F2.02), after boost, the V/F
curveafterboostisshowninfig.6‐8,thetorqueboostcanimprovetheV/Flowfrequency’s
torquecharacteristics.
Selectthevalueoftorqueaccordingthesizeofloads.Thebigloadscanselect
abiggerboost,
butthetorqueboostcannotbesettoobig.Ifthetorqueboostistoolarge,motorwillrun
with over excitation, the output current will increase, the motor will be easy to overheat,
thedrive'soutputcurrentwillbebig,theefficiencywillreduce.
When
thetorqueboostissetto0.0%,theinverterisautotorqueboost.
Cut‐offpointoftorque boost: thelinear V/F curve is valid,under this frequencypoint, the
torqueboostisvalid,overthepoint;thetorqueboostisinvalid.
