Selection of the control mode of frequency inverter
0:NoPGSpeedvectorcontrol
No PG vector control mode refers to open‐loop vector control, which is suitable for low
frequencytorque,the applicationwherethespeedcontrolaccuracy requirementishigher,
onefrequencyinvertercanonlydriveonemotor. Suchasmachinetools, centrifuges,draw
bench,injectionmolding
machinesandotherloads.
1:V/Fcontrol
The V/F control is suitable for the applications which accuracy's requirement is not high,
suchasfanandpumploads.
2:NoPGTorquecontrol
Themodeisapplicabletoapplicationswhichtheaccuracy'srequirementoftorquecontrolis
high, such as coiling,
draw bench and other applications. After the drive's operation to
restore the default value, the reference frequency which is set by panel and UP/DOWN
functionterminalswillbeauto‐clear.
☞Note: When selecting the mode of vector’s control, the motor’s nameplate parameter
mustbesetrightlyandthemotorparameter
auto‐learningmustbefinishedbeforerunning
to obtain the accurate motor parameter, Only obtain accurate motor parameter, the high
performance of the vector control could be displayed. By adjusting the vector and torque
control parameter (F3 Group), the vector control performance can obtain better
performance.
