Selection of the control mode of frequency inverter
0:NoPGSpeedvectorcontrol
No PG vector control mode refers to openloop vector control, which is suitable for low
frequencytorque,the applicationwherethespeedcontrolaccuracy requirementishigher,
onefrequencyinvertercanonlydriveonemotor. Suchasmachinetools, centrifuges,draw
bench,injectionmolding
machinesandotherloads.
1:V/Fcontrol
The V/F control is suitable for the applications which accuracy's requirement is not high,
suchasfanandpumploads.
2:NoPGTorquecontrol
Themodeisapplicabletoapplicationswhichtheaccuracy'srequirementoftorquecontrolis
high, such as coiling,
draw bench and other applications. After the drive's operation to
restore the default value, the reference frequency which is set by panel and UP/DOWN
functionterminalswillbeautoclear.
Note: When selecting the mode of vector’s control, the motor’s nameplate parameter
mustbesetrightlyandthemotorparameter
autolearningmustbefinishedbeforerunning
to obtain the accurate motor parameter, Only obtain accurate motor parameter, the high
performance of the vector control could be displayed. By adjusting the vector and torque
control parameter (F3 Group), the vector control performance can obtain better
performance.
