The following gure shows a setup with an external ef-
fects unit connected via the FX LOOP. What’s more, the
RECORDING output is connected to a mixer’s line chan-
nel to feed the signal to a recording device. The speaker
signal of the connected loudspeaker is picked up by a
microphone and is fed to the mixer via a mic input. This
way you get a second guitar signal that is amplied over
a PA system or can be recorded additionally or both.
