5. CONFIGURING THE AIRSTATION ROUTER

5.1 CHANGING TCI/IP SETTINGS IN WINDOWS 98 OR ME

Your Airstation Accesspoint is a Bridge with an IP Address of 1.1.1.1 by default. In

order for you to connect to the Airstation Accesspoint and convert it to a Router, we

recommend that you change your computer’s TCP/IP settings to the static Address

192.168.0.2 and that you configure the Router’s IP Address to 192.168.0.1.

1. Click Start on the taskbar, and select Settings from the Start menu.

2. Select Control panel, and the Control Panel group appears.

3. Double-click the Network Icon.

4. Select the Configuration tab.
