Warranty Information
BualoTechnology(BualoInc.)productscomewithatwo-yearlimitedwarrantyfromthedateof
purchase.BualoTechnology(BualoInc.)warrantstotheoriginalpurchasertheproduct;goodop-
erating condition for the warranty period. This warranty does not include non-Bualo Technology
(BualoInc.)installedcomponents.IftheBualoproductmalfunctionsduringthewarrantyperiod,
BualoTechnology/(BualoInc.)will,replacetheunit,providedtheunithasnotbeensubjectedto
misuse,abuse,ornon-BualoTechnology/(BualoInc.)authorizedalteration,modicationsorre-
pair.
AllexpressedandimpliedwarrantiesfortheBualoTechnology(BualoInc)productlineincluding,
but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability and tness of a particular purpose are limited in
duration to the above period.
UndernocircumstancesshallBualoTechnology/(BualoInc.)beliableinanywaytotheuserfor
damages, including any lost prots, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages aris-
ing out of the use of, or inability to use the Bualo products.
InnoeventshallBualoTechnology/(BualoInc.)liabilityexceedthepricepaidfortheproductfrom
direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product,
itsaccompanyingsoftware,oritsdocumentation.BualoTechnology(BualoInc.)doesnotoer
refunds for any product.
