capability of the meter (i.e. 4 to 6 digits in total).
6.2.10 Sensor failure (Open) or Burnout. This feature is only relevant on SPM units
with the Analog Output (retransmission) option. An open sensor will cause the
display to read “EEEEE” for this error mode. TAB to the “Burnout” mode and
select from the pull down menu either “Upscale” or “Downscale”.
6.2.11 Next, TAB to the “Line Frequency” field and select from the pull-down menu
either “50 Hz” or “60 Hz” as appropriate for the installation site line frequency.
6.2.12 Next Click on the button to have the computer calculate and
enter the normally optimal values for the damping factor and the damping filter
band. See Figure 8. See Paragraph 7.4 for more detailed information on the
filtering function.
