Thesafetyofusersandpersonnelcanonlybeensuredifthesafetyinstructions
andthesafetyrelatedwarningsintheindividualchaptersarestrictlyobserved
andfollowed.Therefore,themanualmustalwaysbeavailabletoallpersonsop
eratingthedevice.
