6 Operation
This section explains the operating elements and possible operating modes. It gives instructions on
how to operate the Melting Point M-560 properly and safely.
ATTENTION
Before use it is recommended to calibrate the apparatus. Use supplied calibration substances only.
The calibration mode is described in section [6.4 Calibration].
6.1 Basic operating principles
WARNING
The heating oven can reach temperatures of up to 400 °C.
