During the warranty period, you can get the product serviced by the distributor or manufacturer.
Warranty period: 1 year from date of purchase
Warranty guidelines
1. If a mechanical or other serious problem is found within 10 days from date of purchase, contact the distributor
with the product registration and receipt for refund.
2. If a problem occurs which is not caused by user mishandling within the warranty period, you can get the
product serviced for free.
3. If a problem occurs after the warranty period is over, a service fee will be charged.
4. A service fee will be charged within the warranty period in the following cses.
- malfunction, damage, or lost components by user mishandling or error
- problem or damage caused by natural disasters
- problem or damage caused from repair by unauthorized personnel
- problem or damage caused by the PC
- problem or damage caused by defective tapes
