Standard confi guration
Sensor item L/N/NT4692
Each sensor is always confi gured by inserting two confi gurators which
identify the sensor address, i.e. the number of the zone controlled by the
sensor itself, in sockets [ZA] and [ZB]. The actuators controlled by this sensor
must be confi gured with the same zone address.
Insert confi gurator 3 in the [SLA] socket of the Master sensor; insert
confi gurators 1, 2 and 3 in the [SLA] socket of the three Slave sensors. Insert
the SLA confi gurator in the [MOD] socket of the Slave sensor.

A sensor can work in collaboration with other sensors to allow, inside
the same zone, the average calculation of the temperatures at several
measurement points. This function is useful for managing very large rooms,
inside which the temperature can vary appreciably.
To actuate the function one sensor must be confi gured as “Master” and
one or more sensors as “Slave”. The Master sensor calculates the average
between its temperature and the temperature measured by the Slave sensor
and then carries out the correct actuations.
To tell the Temperature control function that the sensor is Master insert
confi gurator CEN in the [MOD] socket and a numerical confi gurator which
indicates the number of Slave sensors in the zone, up to eight, in the [SLA]
socket. To confi gure a Slave socket insert the confi gurator marked SLA in
the [MOD] socket; in this case sockets [P] and [SEL] must not be confi gured.
Using the [SLA] socket number all the zone Slave sensors progressively. For
the numbering start from confi gurator 1 and respect the sequence without
skipping numbers.
MASTER AND SLAVE SENSOR
MODE
Inserting the confi gurator marked CEN in the [MOD] socket one chooses
to program the Temperature control Unit system. In practice one defi nes
whether the zone manages a heating, air conditioning or mixed system by
“Confi gure zones” in the “Maintenance” menu. This also selects the type of
load to be controlled by choosing from: ON/OFF, OPEN/CLOSE and FAN-COIL
3V.
To program the Control unit refer to the installation manual which comes
with the control unit itself.
