If you are still having problems you can contact the Speedway! Helpline
on 0845 6040195.
Before you do this:
• If you have Internet access, please look at the FAQs on the Speedway
web site: www.speedway.bt.com.
• Make sure you have followed the installation instructions properly.
• Try un-installing your Speedway PCI Card and re-installing as
described earlier.
• Make a note of your problem including any on-screen messages you
may have seen.
• Make sure you have your product serial number available.
