Replace Main Board if necessary.
Buttons Do Not Respond
1.
Dismantle the unit, check the status of switches on the Main Board and the plastic parts of button of
the Button not responding.
2.
Try with another Main Board, rigid-Flex or keypad.
3.
Replace Main Board, rigid-Flex or keypad if necessary.
4.
Once the defective part has been identified, verify it again with the defective part whether the symptom
could be duplicated.
5.
Hard Reset The unit.
