1. Please check if any damage on microphone.

Verify that the camera module is assembled properly.

Ensure to tear off the protect film before testing.

Reboot the device (Remove the battery and install it again)

Ensure device is not coming with liquid damage (check water indicator)

Ensure device is not dismantled (abuse)

Check LCM connection

Replace LCM if necessary
