Main unit inspection:
Description Criteria
Area A
1.Exposure of substratum is not acceptable
2.Scratch : L4mm ,W0.2mm ,N2 (ACCEPT), S10mm
Area B
1.Exposure of substratum is not acceptable
2.Scratch : L7mm ,W0.25mm ,N3 (ACCEPT), S10mm
3. Unconscious scratch on IR window is ignored.
4.IR window conscious scratch: L3mm,W0.2mm,N3 (ACCEPT)
5.Bright mark area should be less than 1 mm x 10 mm
Area C
1. Label area could be ignored..
2. Exposure of substratum is not acceptable.
3.Scratch : L10mm ,W0.4mm ,N5 (ACCEPT), S5mm
Area D
1. No broken, no interfere
2. No foreign particle
3. Surface rub scratch < 1cm

4. Battery, SIM or microSD pin connector deform is not allowed

