Intercom calls
To make an internal intercom call to
another handset
• Press the INT button. Display shows
your handset number.
• Enter the number of the handset you
want to call. The handset will ring.
To receive an internal call
When the phone rings on an intercom
call the display flashes:
INT, plus the
number of the handset calling you.
• Either press the
PHONE button, or
lift the handset from the base station
or charger to answer the call.
If you have multiple handsets registered
with a Diverse base station two (or
more depending on your base station)
handsets can talk to each other on an
internal call, while a third handset can
be on an external call. (If you have a
Diverse 2-Line or ISDN, you may have
more than one external call in progress.)
