Audible message alert
Your BT Calypso can be set to beep every few seconds to
indicate that you have new messages. The default
setting is off.
1. Press
Menu, scroll to Answer Machine and press OK.
2. Scroll to
Answer Settings and press OK.
3. Scroll to
Message Alert and press OK.
4. Press or to highlight the setting you want,
On
or Off .
5. Press
OK to confirm.
New message display
At the handset:
When you have new answering machine messages the
standby screen shows the icon.
At the base:
The answering machine message indicator flashes.
The new message indicators
remain on until all new messages
have been played.
