If the memory becomes full during
recording or you run out of recording
time, the recording is stopped and
the machine announces the reason.
4. Press OK. Answer Mode is highlighted.
5. Press
OK. The current setting is highlighted.
6. Press or to switch between
Answer & Record and
Answer Only .
7. Press
OK to set the highlighted option. The machine
announces the settings selected.
Record your own outgoing message
Your outgoing messages can be up to 3 minutes long.
It will automatically replace the pre-recorded outgoing
message.
You can reinstate the original pre-recorded messages at
any time by deleting your own recorded message.
1. Press
Menu scroll to Answer Machine and press OK.
2. Scroll to
Answer Settings and press OK.
3. Scroll to
Outgoing Message and press OK. Record is
highlighted.
4. Press
OK. Use or to highlight the type of
outgoing message you want either
Answer & Record or
Answer Only .
5. Press
OK and speak your message. Display shows
Recording .
