Switch answering machine on remotely
If you forget to switch on your answering machine, you can do
it from another phone.
1. Dial your phone number and let it ring. After 20 rings, your
answering machine will switch on and answer the call whether
Remote Access has been enabled or not. It will switch off
when you hang up unless you use the remote access menu to
leave your machine switched on.
2. Press during the outgoing message. If a security PIN is
set, you are asked to enter your code.

Operating your answering machine from another phone
During remote access, you will hear voice prompts to
guide you.
1. Dial your phone number. When you hear your outgoing
message, press .
2. If you have set a security PIN you will hear ‘Please enter your
security code’. Enter your 4-digit code.
