Remote Teleworker
Remote Teleworker functionality is supported on some BT Quantum configurations.

Teleworker extensions and located on a site with access to the Internet. The remote
extensions must be BT 5330 or BT 5320 systemphones.
Once programmed and equipped these remote extensions, which are typically located at the
extension users’ homes, have access to all the functionality provided by the system.
You can set up a BT 5320 or BT 5330 IP systemphones as a remote teleworker extension.
To do so, your administrator must first use the web interface to configure the extension as
an IP phone. For instructions, refer the BT Quantum Administration Guide.
To programme the phone as a remote extension:
• Power on your IP phone.
