Call Features
This section is a guide to using the features available on your extension. The system
administrator can enable and disable some of the features available to extensions. The
features are described in alphabetical order.
If a feature can also be used on a BT 8528 systemphones, Q DECT telephones, Q phones
and compatible standard telephones, you will find those instructions at the end of each
feature description.
Account Codes
If your BT Quantum system has been programmed to use account codes, you can associate
four-digit codes with incoming and outgoing external calls. These codes are included in the
Call Logging output.
Account codes can be programmed as either optional or mandatory.
If optional, you can choose whether or not to enter a code when making an external
call.
If mandatory, you must enter a code before making an external call.
Refer to the BT Quantum Administration Guide for details on programming account codes.

Code appears on the systemphone idle menu.
