• Leave a message
Automatically calling the sender of a message
Return Call allows you to call the sender of a voicemail message.
• When you have listened to a voicemail message select Return Call.
• The system calls the sender’s number.
• To return calls to external callers, the phone number of the person who left the
message must be available at the time they were leaving the message (this is
sometimes referred to as Called Display Service).
Leave a message
• Once the feature is selected, the list of extensions is presented. Select the
extension you want to leave a message for, record the message and press #.
Recording your own voicemail greeting
If your extension has voicemail enabled, you can record your own greeting. The greeting will
be played to callers who are answered by voicemail.
To record a greeting:
• At your extension, press the
key.
• Enter your extension number when prompted (you may also use the # key if you are at
your own extension).
• Enter your voicemail password (1111 by default).
• Select Mailbox options.
• Select Record greeting.
• When prompted, speak to record a personalised greeting and press #.
• Press Confirm.
• Press Replay greeting to listen to the greeting.
• Press Record greeting to re-record your greeting.
• Press the Hands-free key to finish programming.
Replaying the voicemail greeting
• At your extension, press the key.
• Enter your extension number when prompted.
