Retrieving messages from the System Voice mail.
When there is a new message on the System Voice mail the Message Waiting light on
extension 201 will be lit and xx Sys VM messag will appear on the top line of the display.
To retrieve System Voicemail messages:
Press the
key.
Enter 0 when asked to enter an extension number.
Enter the System voicemail password (1111 by default).
Select Play. The new messages are played.
Note: Each message is time stamped to tell you when it was received. Dial 1 to skip the time
stamp.
When an extension is allocated a voicemail, Divert No Answer and Divert on Busy are
automatically set to send calls to voicemail.
If you wish to have all calls go immediately to your voicemail you can activate Divert All calls
to voicemail. To do so:
Select Divert on the idle menu and choose Divert all.
Select Divert to VM.
Select Confirm.
Forwarding a message from voicemail
You can forward a message from your voicemail to the voicemail of another extension.
While you are listening to the message, select Forward Message.
Select the extension to forward the message to
From the menu on the display, select Pre-pend message to record an introduction to
the message or Forward message to send the message without recording an
introduction.
Note: If Unified messaging is activated for the extension using IMAP then messages can only
be forwarded from the e-mail account. The system Administrator should be contacted for
details on Unified Messaging.
Callback options
When this option is selected, the following options are displayed:
Return Call
