
Getting set up with BT Business Total Broadband is easy. Simply follow
the separate  guide or use this section for more detailed
set-up information.
 

: you can only set up your broadband on or after your activation
date. If it isn’t your activation date yet, please wait until then before following
the steps below. Your activation date is in your ‘welcome’ letter and email.
Please wait until your activation day (date advised in your ‘welcome’ letter or email).
Your service may not be ready until 8pm on your activation day. 
 As you move through the set-up, we’ll
explain how the Hub shows if your service is active, or whether you need to wait a
little longer.
