If you’ve received your new BT Business Hub as a replacement for a faulty
one, please return the faulty one together with its power cable following the
instructions we gave when you contacted the helpdesk.
If you’ve other old electrical equipment you’d like to dispose of, see
(click on , then enter your details).
Before disposing of any such equipment, we recommend you reset it to its default
settings – this should remove all your personal settings. To nd out how to reset
your Hub to its default settings, see page 55.
Call us on 0800 800 152* giving at least ve days’ notice. The BT Business Total
Broadband service is subject to availability at your new ofce.
