Restarting xes most connection problems but if you still can’t connect, check your
Hub lights using the table below.

 – do not turn off or restart your Hub when the power light
is ashing red.
We may occasionally update your Hub’s rmware. A rmware update can take up
to ve minutes, and will automatically restart your Hub. We try to do this overnight
to reduce the effects on you. However, if your Hub is switched off when the work is
scheduled, the updates will be carried out as soon as your Hub is switched on again.
During an update, the Power light on your Hub will ash red. Please  switch
off your Hub during this time. The other lights may ash green, which indicates
that data is being transmitted – this is normal.
