If you need to edit the name,
press the or button
to move the cursor left or
right and use Clear to delete
unwanted characters then use
the keypad to enter new ones.
You can replace an existing
number if you want to.
If you have more than one
handset registered to the base,
data is synchronised across
all handsets. Therefore, if you
delete a calls list entry on one
handset it will be deleted on
all handsets.
ii) To add to an existing contact, highlight Add to
contact and press OK. Scroll to highlight the entry
you want and press OK. Highlight the number type
where you want to save the number (Home, Work
or Mobile) and press OK.
Deleting entries in the Calls list
1. Press or select Calls, then if you want to delete
just one entry, press
or to highlight the
entry and select Options, Delete call is highlighted.
Press OK.
To delete the entire list, simply select Options and
then scroll
to Delete all. Press OK and then
confirm with a Yes. The Calls list will be deleted.
