Main Features
• 36 Minutes high quality digital
recording

• 2 Pre-recorded outgoing
messages
Two messages are pre-recorded on
the answering machine (these can be

messages).
• Answer-only facility
Answering machine can be set to play
an outgoing message only and not
allow a caller to leave a message.
• Audible message alert
An audible beep alerts you that new
messages have been received. This
can be switched on or off.
• 1471 Button
In answer mode this will record the
telephone number of your callers
whether they leave a message or not.
On playback you will be given the
caller’s number. (unless the number
was withheld) and the time of the call.
• Call intercept
This gives you the option to answer
incoming calls from an extension on
the same phone line, even if the
answering machine has started to
answer.
• Call screening
Allows you to hear an incoming caller
so you can decide whether or not to
take the call.
• Memo messages
Allows you to record a message on
the answering machine which
someone can listen to later, instead of
leaving a written note.
• Message capacity full alert
Alerts you when the recording
capacity is reached and no further
messages can be taken.
• Message counter
Counter indicates the number of
messages and memos left in the
mailbox.
• Pause
Allows playback of messages to be
stopped temporarily.
• Remote access
This enables you to access your
answering machine from a tone
dialling phone. You can playback, skip
forward, backward or delete
messages using a TouchTone keypad.
A PIN number prevents unauthorised
access.
• Selective delete
It is possible to delete individual
messages.
• Skip forwards and backwards
When operating the answering
machine you are able to move
forwards and backwards to listen to
your messages.
• Time and day stamp
The built-in voice tells you the time
and day when a message was left.
• Time saver (2/6 only)
Saves time when remotely accessing
your answering machine. If messages
have been left your answering
machine will answer after two rings. If
no messages have been left it will
answer after six rings.
• Variable ring delay
Choose how many rings before the
answering machine answers the call.
• VIP feature
Allows designated callers to beep you
if the Response 75 is in the ‘answer’
