Plan the location Situate your product close enough to the telephone and mains power sockets so that the cables will reach. The only way to disconnect the product from the power supply is to remove the power adaptor from the mains socket. Therefore you must ensure you plan the location so that the mains power is easily accessed.

To record your own outgoing message (OGM) Your BT On-Air 2300 SMS comes with a Pre-recorded outgoing message (OGM), “Hello your call cannot be taken at the moment so please leave your message after the tone.” You can use the outgoing message or record your own.
