Question 59:Are my pictures being sent to the servers before
they get to my frame when using the app?
Solution
Yes ,the pictures will be sent to the server first ,then downloaded to the frame.
But the server only preserve pictures temporarily.
Our frames use secure device grid(SDG) for encrypted safe end to end encrypted communication
between the APP and the frames, it ensures that pictures or videos are kept private and only
decrypted and stored locally on the frame.
