Please remove the film on the battery of the remote control first.

Then you can use your camera on your phone to see whether the indicator light can turn into red

when you press the buttons on the remote control.

If so ,the remote is good ,if not ,maybe the battery is damaged ,please try to exchange the

battery,the model is CR2025-3V.
