Solution

Our frame only works with 2.4GHz networks, 5GHz newworkds is not supportable. Please double check

if you have connected the frame to available WiFi networks.

Maybe the wifi is not stable enough ,please wait and have a try again later or connect to another

supportable Wifi or test with the hotspot on your smartphone .
