2. Press p/q to select Settings > Prole > Bike Prole > Overview and press OK to enter
its submenu.
3. Press p/q to select the desired bike that you want to view and press OK to conrm.
4. Press p/q to view more data of the selected bike.
Pace Calculator
With the pace calculator function, enter the distance you ran and the length of time you
were running. It will estimate in how long it would take you to complete a variety of
dierent races. (3km, 5km, 5mi, 10km, 10mi, half marathon, marathon). Besides, it will also
predict what your personal pace should be when you are doing a Speed Form, Maximum
Oxygen, Yasso, Tempo, Easy, or Long run.
1. Press q to enter the menu mode.
2. In main menu, press q to select Pace Cal. and press OK to
enter sub menu.
3. Press Race Time to enter the run distance and run time.
4. Press p/q to select the run distance and press OK to
conrm.
5. Select the run time (Hour, Minute, and Second) and
press OK to conrm.
6. The estimate of dierent race time and training pace are
displayed on the screen.
Press p/q to view more information or press OK to exit the
screen.
