Thickness adjustment set

Feed Rollers glazed or
contaminated with paper
dust.
Feed Ramp Assembly and
Media Support Wedge is
positioned or being used
incorrectly.
Feed Rollers won’t turn
Adjust the Separator “H” Block according to
users manual.
Place a larger stack of media on Feed Rollers.
Clean with water and plastic scouring pad.
Reposition Feed Ramp Assembly and Media
Support Wedge to transfer the weight of media
onto Feed Rollers.
Call Service Representative.
Envelope jams
(Paper Jam Error )
Media out of spec.
Media sticking together.
Minimum thickness of media is 0.003” (0.00762
cm). Maximum thickness of media is 0.5” (1.27
cm)
Fan media before placing on Feed Rollers.
Printer runs for a moment,
