Ink Print Quality is not
sharp
Print Head Holder
Assemblies set too high.
Media unsuitable
Turn the Control Knob counterclockwise to raise
the Print Heads
Change to a typical white wove bonded paper
Ink Print Quality problem.
White stripes or lines
through print.
Print Cartridge almost
empty. (LED is blinking)
Dried ink clogging nozzles
on Print Cartridge.
Pins bent or broken on
Print Head Holder.
Bad Board or Flex Circuit.
Replace Print Cartridge
Purge Print Cartridge.
Clean cartridge with soft cotton cloth and water.
Change to a known good cartridge.
Call Service Representative.
Call Service Representative.
Print Quality Problem
(blanks between printed
media)
Wrong setting in Lines Per
Address.
Sending media to quickly
Faulty or dirty sensor.
Increase settings in Lines Per Address to match
software.
Slow the speed the media is sent to printer.
Clean sensors with canned air or soft cotton cloth.

Ink supply too low, Replace Print Cartridge
Turn the Control Knob counterclockwise to lower
the Print Head

Incorrect Software Driver
Bad or damaged Encoder
Use 24K/30K driver or dump printer interface
(TTY, Teletype, DOS text printer, Generic
printer) or use Bryce 10K, Bryce 7600, P.B.
W800 and P.B. W600.
