Specifications
GUIDE SPECIFICATIONS— 619E HIGH WALL UNITS (cont)
I. Operating Characteristics:
1. The unit shall be matched with an outdoor unit. The
combination of the outdoor unit and the indoor-fan
coil unit shall have a total net cooling capacity of
Btuh or greater at conditions of fan
speed and entering-air temperature at the evaporator
coil of
F dry bulb and F wet bulb. Out-
door ambient temperature of air entering the con-
denser of
F.
2. The 619E system shall have a minimum listed SEER
(seasonal energy efficiency ratio) of
at ARI
conditions, and a minimum HSPF of
.
3. Outdoor unit shall be rated at
bels or less at
ARI conditions.
4. The 619E heating capacity shall be
Btuh or
greater at conditions of
fan speed entering-air
temperature at indoor coil of
F dry bulb and
outdoor ambient of
F dry bulb and F
wet bulb.
J. Refrigerant Lines:
All units shall have rotatable refrigerant lines for penetra-
tion through the wall using flare connections. All units
shall have flare connections.
K. Special Features (Field Installed):
1. Condensate Pump:
The condensate pump shall remove condensate from
the drain pan when gravity drainage cannot be used.
Pump shall be designed for quiet operation. Pump
shall consist of two parts: an internal reservoir/sensor
assembly, and a remote sound-shielded pump assem-
bly. The lift capability of the condensate pump shall be
1 to 10 ft (009 size unit) or 3 to 25 ft (012-024 size
units). A level sensor on the condensate pan shall stop
cooling operation if the level in the condensate pan is
unacceptable.
2. Charcoal Filter Kit:
Kit shall include active charcoal filter(s) and required
collectors and/or frames. Filters shall aid in removing
volatile organic compounds and micro-particles from
the air in the conditioned space.
