Guarantee
Brulo products provide two year manufacturer warranty.
This warranty will be valid from the date of purchase as shown on your invoice.
In case of any problems with the product, please contact the company that sold you
the item or contact our Brulo Guarantee Contact center.
The warranty only applies upon provision of a dated invoice and will be strictly
limited to the defect part.
Brulo is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences of improper use of the
awning. The warranty is not granted when the awning is used incorrectly or used for
other purposes than for which the awning is intended.
The awning is a summer item and therefore need to be stored indoors during the
winter. Installation costs will be reimbursed by the supplier of the awning.
