INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
De-energize circuit before installation.
Loosen phillips screws to remove back plate from canopy.
Secure back plate to a J-Box (J-Box and mounting hardware supplied by
others) for use with 3-1/2” and 4” octagonal or square recessed junction
boxes with 2-3/4’’ mounting hole spacing. (Appropriate device ring cover
may be required and to be supplied by others.)
Properly ground back plate and canopy in accordance with all local and
national electrical codes.
Connect primary voltage supply to the line and neutral leads. Refer to
product label for required input voltage.
Attach canopy and tighten phillips head screws.
Attach quick disconnect from canopy to xture. Assemble xture by
screwing on to canopy.
Energize circuit and test for proper operation.
