finger or thumb against the gas cylinder plug
which protrudes slightly from the forward end
of the magazine tube (Figure
13).
This is
necessary because the gas system is under
spring tension.
Now ease the gas system components for-
ward out of the magazine tube. Carefully
note the sequence of parts as you withdraw
them from the magazine tube (Figure
14).
