CLEANING THE MAGAZINE
Inspect magazines regularly to see whether they need cleaning, as lubricant and dirt may progressively
accumulate in the mechanism.
Normally, magazines must be cleaned after 500 to 1,000 shots have been red.
Do not try to dismantle your magazine. Clean it as it is.
1) Clean the magazine by spraying it with an appropriate aerosol solvent, which has no aect on the
polymer magazine carrier and will not corrode any metal components.
2) Operate the magazine carrier to detach and remove any dirt or grease.
3) Put the carrier down and, using a cleaning rod and annel, remove any deposits of material that
may have accumulated at the front of the magazine.
4) To detach any debris, spray the magazine both inside and out with a solvent that will not cause any
damage to polymers.
5) Shake any excess solvent from the magazine and dry it with a clean cloth.
