Object Type:
Select the type of object that you want the merged field to be.
Database Fields That Can Be Merged:
This list box shows all of the fields which can be merged from the database. Click the name of a field to
select it.
Click this button to merge the fields selected in the "Database Fields That Can Be Merged:" list box into
the layout.
