Making Copies 53
COPIER
Making Enlarged or Reduced Copies

Insert the document face up in the Automatic Document Feeder, or face down on the glass
platen.

Using the dial pad, enter the number of copies you want (up to 99).

Press Enlarge/Reduce.

Press or to choose an enlargement or reduction ratio.
You can reduce to 71%, 50% or 25% of the original size by pressing key.
—OR—
You can enlarge to 141%, 150%, 200% or 400% by pressing key.

You can press or
to select MANUAL and use the dial pad to enter an enlargement or
reduction ratio between 25% and 400%. For example, press 5, 3 to enter 53%.

Press Set.

Press Copy—OR—Press or for additional settings.
Copy Contrast
You can adjust copy contrast to make copies darker or lighter.

Press Contrast.

Press to make a copy lighter, or to make a copy
darker, and then press Set.

Press Copy—OR—Press or for additional settings.
Special Copy Options (2 in 1, 4 in 1 or Poster) are not available with
Enlarge/Reduce.
