Press Menu 6, 3, 1, 3.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select Name or IP Address.

Enter the POP3 Server Address.

Press OK.

Press Stop/Exit.
Mailbox Name
You can specify a mailbox name on the POP3 server where the internet print jobs are to be retrieved.

Press Menu, 6, 3, 1, 4.

Enter the user account name assigned to the Brother machine that will login to the POP3 Server.

Press Stop/Exit.
Mailbox Pwd
You can specify password on the POP3 server where the internet print jobs are to be retrieved.

Press Menu, 6, 3, 1, 5.

Enter the user password assigned to the machine that will login to the POP3 Server. Please note that
this password is case sensitive.

Press OK.

Press OK again to verify the password.

Press Stop/Exit.
Note
To set for no password, enter a single space.
