1 - 13 CONTROL PANEL SETUP

Setup Mail RX (Receive)
This menu has five selections: Auto Polling, Poll Frequency,
Header, Del Error Mail and Notification.
Auto Polling
When set to On the machine automatically will check the POP3
server for new messages (default is On). “No Mail” will be displayed
if there are no E-mail messages when the POP3 server is polled.

Press Menu/Set, 5, 3, 1 for MFC-3340CN/MFC-5840CN. (4,
3, 1 for FAX-1940CN/MFC-5440CN)

Press ▲ or ▼ to select On or Off.

Press Menu/Set.

Press Stop/Exit.
Poll Frequency
Sets the interval for checking for new messages on the POP3 server
(default is 10Min).

3, 2 for FAX-1940CN/MFC-5440CN)

Enter the polling frequency. (01 to 60 Min)
