AUTO DIAL NUMBERS AND DIALING OPTIONS
Setting Up Groups for Broadcasting
Groups allow you to send the same fax message to many fax numbers. You can
store the Groups on your One Touch keys (FAX models only) or Speed dial
locations, and then broadcast by pressing only the One Touch key (FAX models
only) or Search/Speed Dial, #, the two-digit location, (FAX-2800, MFC-4800)
or three-digit location (FAX-2900, FAX-3800) and Fax Start. First, you’ll need
to store each fax number as a One Touch or Speed Dial number. Then, you can
combine them into a Group. Each Group uses up a One Touch or Speed Dial
number. You can have up to six Groups, or you can assign up to 127 numbers
(FAX-2900 and FAX-3800), 107 (FAX-2800) or 99 (MFC-4800) to one large
Group.
